These are made by an old man, Gunars, I met selling scythes. Since his wife is a weaver he has also specialized in some weaving tools. Gunars says he is almost ninety. When I visited his house I said where is your workshop. He replyed, you're in it! He makes these all by hand in his home. He has beautiful hands and a full head of thick dove white hair.
